We just brought our little dog Rosie in for the first time for her annual vaccinations, all the staff we interacted with were lovely and both the Receptionist and Vet gave her lots of pats and made an effort to help keep her calm and happy during her visit. My elderly indoor cat started weeping from one eye and drinking more water than usual as well as toileting a lot more. James did blood tests and found an issue with her liver enzymes. An ultrasound found her liver had a large mass, so fluids were taken from the mass. Test results are very promising at this stage. Throughout this whole process everyone there has been so empathetic and kept me updated as soon as they have any answers. I highly recommend them on both their service and pricing, can't fault them on anything.
